SAFETY RULES
Safety First
The use of a laser welding machine requires strict compliance with safety instructions.
The laser beam emitted by the equipment is a concentrated energy source that may present risks, particularly to the eyes and skin, in the event of direct or indirect exposure.
The safety of operators and anyone present in the work area is an absolute priority.
Eye Protection
- Never look directly at the laser beam
-Always use the integrated microscope or the control screen (if the camera/TV option is available) to visualize the application
- Wear certified protective eyewear appropriate for the wavelength of the laser used
- Provide protective eyewear to anyone present in the operating area
Proper eye protection is essential to prevent any risk of eye injury.
Protection Against Burns
- Use a welding rod holder to maintain a safe distance from the fusion zone
- Wear appropriate protective gloves
- Avoid any direct contact with heated surfaces
Ces précautions permettent de réduire significativement les risques de brûlures lors de l’application du laser.
Safe Environment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Restrict access to the welding area to trained operators only
- Follow internal procedures and the technical recommendations provided with the machine.
Compliance with these rules ensures safe, efficient use in line with industrial standards.
